Life Giving................

That's what the name "Zoe" means! Meet Zoe , Jhayce and Khalebs cousin. She and Khaleb are exactly 2 months apart!! Today she allowed me the pleasure to photograph her on a lovely summer afternoon. She sure breathes LIFE into these photographs!

Today's Photo Shoot......................

Went rather quick. To start, there was rain slight drizzles and it was HOT!! In addition, since Khaleb has learned how to walk, he was never in the frame. Finally each "smile" given was him saying "woo woo" to the dog next door. Never the less I got a few good ones of my soon to be birthday boy!

Meet Seth! Isn't he just gorgeous!! He is my daughter's best friend! They have been friends since they were 2 years old and are destined to get married. They begin another chapter in their life in August! Kindergarten here they come!

I often shop Children's Place for Jhayces clothing. They have an awesome collection and the lifesaver adjustable waist. All of their accessories are coordinated to match and the prices is absolutely AWESOME!! Each year we buy her staple HOT PINK MARY JANES. Since she was two years old this child has had to have a pair of hot pink mary janes.
Yesterday I got a mailer stating that Children's Place had extended their shoe collection. I checked it out and WOW!! They have the most adorable euro styled shoes this season!! And the price is unbeatable. Here are a few of my favorites for the fall:

The Excitement Builds....................

Am I the only one over the age of 13 that cannot wait for August 17th? What do you mean what's August 17th????????? High School Musical 2 debuts on Disney August 17th. Im SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited oh and Jhayce is too. I absolutely loved #1 ! We , I mean Jhayce, has all of the concerts , movies ,and dolls ( this things can sing!!).

Today I was browsing on ILP ( I Love Photography) because I never post there, Im wayyyy to intimidated, always wonder how many are "Just Starting Out" but anyway there was a tutorial there on Finding the Color (http://ilovephotography.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=227126). The tutorial is great and easy to follow. Although I like the brightness of pictures and I don't have photoshop with a little tweaking it works just as well in Paint Shop. Summer fun

Remember the days when we had a slip and slide or just a slide down a hill on a tarp? lol Jhayce went to her best friends birthday party this past weekend which was well equipped for water fun. There was a TRUE waterslide.

Jhayce had a blast at Trin's party and has talked about the slide ever since. She has come up with a business plan to sell her trampoline and swing set to make room for her already sought after water slide.

While Daddy listens and Khaleb could careless, she pointed out the "safety" of the bounce and the "not so deep side" that Khaleb could "hang out in" while she goes sliding madly down the slide toward him. Hmmmm

Yeah right!!!
At any rate this summer has been fun. Mei-Maw has enjoyed her weekly Friday visits and throughouly enjoys reading the same story over and over again. Polishing toe and fingernails and carrying the 23+lbs Khaleb around oh so carefully....


wait she is carrying him to the car.... they say grandkids are the best because you CAN send them back!!!
